Kitchen Prep / Dish Shifts

Part-Time 3 Days A Week

Responsible for coordinating entire station and communication with front and back of the house employees to provide a dining experience that meets or exceeds guest expectations.


Processes guest orders to ensure that all items are prepared properly and on a timely basis. 


Assists in greeting and seating guests. Checks with guests to ensure they are satisfied with meals.

Presents and opens wine for guests. Assists with cleaning and resetting tables. 

Will help ensure that entire restaurant is clean. 

Chef's Assistant

We are hiring a Full-Time Chef Assistant.


We will also consider a Part-Time Chef Assistant.


Full-Time will be Wed/Thu/Sat/Sun. Part-Time is Thur/Sun.


This is an excellent opportunity to develop all the skills that are essential to becoming a chef while enjoying competitive pay in a safe, rewarding, fun, and exciting environment. 


Kitchen experience is required.

Join us for another of our popular and unique wine dinner experiences as Biltmore wine expert Michelle Krumpelman shares specially selected vintages from Biltmore Estate Winery, along with insight on the Vanderbilt legacy, and the art of pairing wine with food. 


Each course of our expertly planned dinner will be paired with a wine that perfectly complements the flavors and seasonings of the cuisine. 

It's a fun way to spend an early December evening, so don't miss it!
