We are hiring a Full-Time Chef Assistant.

 

We will also consider a Part-Time Chef Assistant.

 

Full-Time will be Wed/Thu/Sat/Sun. Part-Time is Thur/Sun.

 

This is an excellent opportunity to develop all the skills that are essential to becoming a chef while enjoying competitive pay in a safe, rewarding, fun, and exciting environment. 

 

Kitchen experience is required.

Biltmore Wine Dinner
Thursday, Dec. 1st

Join us for our popular and unique Holiday Wine Dinner experience as Biltmore wine expert Michelle Krumpelman shares specially selected vintages from Biltmore Estate Winery, and teaches the art of pairing wine with food. 

 

Each course of our expertly planned dinner will be paired with a wine that perfectly complements the flavors and seasonings of the cuisine. 

It's a fun way to spend an early December evening, so don't miss it!

A rich and creamy soup for the soul. 

Second Course

Chicken Roulade

French delight! Stuffed with cheese and served with Cous Cous. 

Third Course

Steak and Cake

Filet paired with an award-winning Crab Cake. With mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts. 

 

Fourth Course

Creamy Zabaione

An Italian Classic. A sweet, frothy custard cream made with a touch of Marsala wine, served with fresh fruit.
